First off, let me just apologize for being absent for so long. I'm going to make a real effort to try and blog at least twice a week. Which I'm sure will be a feat fr me in between two jobs and school, but I promise to try. Anyhow, I was supposed to be writing a paper for my communications class, but I just couldn't develop the motivation to do so. Instead I found myself digging through my make up, looking for inspiration. Now for the longest time I'm been trying to master the "cut crease". It's been a pretty gruesome battle and I still haven't won, as of yet. But I will tell you that I am having fun learning what works for me. Angle brushes are the way to go, and holding them more like a paint brush helped me get a steadier line. Now I still have to work on making sure that the line is very clean, because I am really picky and if things aren't as close to perfect as possible, there will be no pictures. At least not many.
In any case, I wanted to share the beginnings of my war on Cut creases. It's not the best, but that's why I started this blog. To give myself a chance to grow and learn as an artist. I hope that in another week or so the product of my work will be much better and a whole lot cleaner. And maybe I'll get to that paper. :)
Thanks for Reading,
Keira
